| DAY 1 |
Depart from your hotel after lunch. A trip to Shimba Hills south
of Mombasa takes you through lush country climbing over a thousand feet
and providing a view of both Diani Beach and the surrounding countryside.
The game reserve contains an abundance of the rare Roan and
Sable Antelopes , Buffalo, elephants, giraffe and birdlife can also be
seen during the game drive. An afternoon game drive returns to the lodge
for dinner at the only "Tree Hotel" at the coast, the Shimba Hills Lodge. |

After breakfast, drive through the reserve for the return journey to
your coastal hotel. |
