UGANDA

"THE PEARL OF AFRICA"
"The Pearl of Africa" as described by Sir Winston Churchhill, is situated on the equator and offers breathtaking scenery and an abundance of flora and fauna. Uganda's tourism industry is slowly but surely recovering. Several attractions include the Mountains of the moon (Ruwenzori) with alpine vegetation and snowcapped peaks, the River Nile with the magnificent Murchison Falls, the Muhavura range, home to the rare mountain gorillas, the Semliki  Forest with it's pygmies and hot springs, Queen Elizabeth National Park which supports the largest biomass known in Africa, and last but not least the source of the longest river in the world, the Nile. Safari options are as varied as the country's attractions and we can arrange a safari for any of the following: Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Mountain Gorilla tracking in Bwindi National Park, trekking the Ruwenzori Mountains, a visit to the Lake and islands and tours of Kampala and the source of the Nile. These are but a few. Other tours can be designed to suit your choice for the perfect Ugandan Holiday.
