| DAY 1 |
At 14.00 hrs depart Arusha for Lake Manyara arriving at the lodge in
the early evening. The lodges are situated on the Mto wa Mbu escarpment,
over looking the Great Rift Valley and the soda Lake Manyara. |
| DAY 2 |
After breakfast tour Lake Manyara National Park which famous for it's
tree climbing lions and vast flocks of flamingoes. In the afternoon
proceed with picnic lunch enroute to Serengeti National Park. |
| DAY 3 |
After breakfast proceed on a morning game drive returning to the lodge
for lunch. In the afternoon another game drive can be taken to explore
this world famous park. The park is famous for large concentration of plains
game such as zebra, wildbeeste and gazelle. |
| DAY 4 |
After breakfast depart for Ngorongoro crater, via Olduvai Gorge, site
of archaeological findings, where traces of prehistoric people dating back
to 3.5 million years have been discovered. Lunch is at the lodge situated
on the crater rim with spectacular views down into the crater. Afternoon
at leisure. |
| DAY 5 |
After breakfast at the lodge proceed on a full day crater tour with
picnic lunch in the crater, which is considered the "Eighth wonder of the
world" you can see a spectacular concentration of wildlife including the
big five. The crater has a variety of habitats including grassland, forest
and swamp. The lake on the crater floor, is home to flamingoes and many
other species of birds. Return to the lodge in the early evening. |
| DAY 6 |
After breakfast depart for Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic
lunch. This park is famous for it's tree climbing lions and vast flocks
of flamingoes. Return to lodge in the early evening. |
| DAY 7 |
After breakfast depart via Mto wa Mbu Village for Arusha which is reached
at lunchtime. |
