| DAY 1 |
At 14.00 hrs depart Arusha for Lake Manyara arriving at the lodge in
the early evening. The lodges are situated on the Mto wa Mbu escarpment,
overlooking the Great Rift Valley and the soda Lake Manyara. |
| DAY 2 |
After breakfast tour Lake Manyara National Park which is famous for
its tree climbing lions and vast flocks of flamingoes. In the afternoon
proceed with picnic lunch enroute to Serengeti National Park. |
| DAY 3 |
After breakfast proceed on a morning game drive returning to the lodge
in the time for lunch. In the afternoon proceed on a game drive to explore
this world famous park. This park is famous for large concentration of
plains games such as zebra, wildbeeste and gazelle. |
| DAY 4 |
After breakfast depart for Ngorongoro crater, via Olduvai Gorge, site
of archaeological findings, where traces of prehistoric people 3.5 million
years have been discovered. Lunch is at the lodge situated on the crater
rim with spectacular views down into the crater. Afternooon at leisure. |
| DAY 5 |
After breakfast at the lodge proceed on a full day crater tour with
picnic lunch. In the crater, which is considered the "Eighth wonder of
the world" you can see a spectacular concentration of wildlife including
the big five. The crater has a variety of habitats including grassland,
forest and swamp. The lake on the crater floor, is home to flamingoes and
many other species of birds. Return to the lodge in the early evening. |
| DAY 6 |
After breakfast depart via Mto wa Mbu village for lunch in Arusha. |
